Your guided surgery plan

Dr. Blourchian digitally plans your entire surgery, your new teeth and the parts that hold them, planned with a guided surgery lab. Your final teeth design guides where each of the four to six implants (four minimum) goes, and you see your new smile before surgery day.

Before surgery
3

Surgery day, teeth the same day

Guided by your plan, the surgery is precise and efficient. You sleep through it under general anesthesia from a board-certified anesthesiologist. In most cases, fixed provisional teeth are attached before you go home.

Final teeth after healing

Once the implants fuse with your bone, your final, stronger arch is made and fitted, with follow-up visits included in your plan.

What All-on-4 means

A full arch of teeth, held by four to six implants

"All-on-4" is a common name for a fixed full-arch bridge supported by implants in the jawbone. Most arches need four to six implants (four minimum). Dr. Blourchian decides how many based on your bone and your 3D plan.

Questions

Full-arch FAQ

How many implants does All-on-4 use?

Most fixed full arches use four to six implants, with four as the minimum. Dr. Blourchian decides the number from your 3D scan and the bone you have, so your teeth have the support they need.

Will I leave surgery day with teeth?

In most cases, yes. Fixed provisional teeth are attached the same day. Your final arch is made after the implants heal and fuse with your bone. Dr. Blourchian will tell you at your consult if anything in your case changes that plan.

What is guided implant surgery?

Before surgery day, Dr. Blourchian digitally plans your surgery, your new teeth and the parts that hold them, from your 3D scan. Your final teeth design guides where each implant goes, so placement is precise and the surgery is efficient. You see your new smile before you commit.

Will I be asleep for the surgery?

Yes. A board-certified anesthesiologist provides general anesthesia, so you sleep through the procedure. For patients with certain medical conditions, general anesthesia with a board-certified anesthesiologist is available when needed, and Dr. Blourchian will review your health history at your consult.

What does the consult include?

A complimentary visit with Dr. Blourchian, a 3D scan of your jaw, and a written plan with your treatment, fee and monthly payment options.

Why do you ask how I'll pay before I book?

So your consult time goes to your health and your plan. Patients who know their payment path up front can move ahead on their own schedule, without surprises at the end.

Does prequalifying hurt my credit?

Prequalifying with Cherry, CareCredit or Proceed Finance uses a soft credit check, which doesn't affect your credit score. With CareCredit and Proceed, if you later accept an offer and complete a full application, a hard inquiry may occur. Each lender explains this on its own screen. Prequalification is not a guarantee of approval.

What if I don't prequalify?

You can still get our free guide and talk with us about other options, such as a down payment with a monthly plan, or a co-applicant. When you're ready, you can check again and book.

How do I pay for anesthesia?

Anesthesia is paid directly to the board-certified anesthesiologist, separate from your treatment fee. The anesthesiologist accepts CareCredit, so you can pay him directly over time, or include the anesthesia fee in your financing plan for one monthly bill. There's a set maximum you pay for anesthesia, for one arch or both, and we cover any amount above it. Your consult and written plan show both fees.

Do you take dental insurance?

Yes. If you have dental insurance, we'll apply your benefits wherever they're covered to lower your out-of-pocket cost. Every plan is different, so bring your insurance card and we'll review your plan at your complimentary consult. Monthly payment options can help with the rest.
